Getting Started with Sociovaults
A practical order-by-order guide. No social media passwords required.
1. Create an account
Register with your own account details and keep the panel password private. Use sign-in to access your current balance and order dashboard.
2. Review the service
Match the active service ID, required target type, unit basis, rate, minimum, maximum and refill conditions. If the public catalog is empty, ask support about availability.
3. Review funding options
Only the methods available in your dashboard can be used. Confirm the requested amount, network and payment reference. Never send money to an address supplied in an unsolicited message.
4. Submit the correct target
Check the public link and quantity before confirming. Do not submit a social media password. The dashboard displays the final charge.
5. Track and request support
Keep the order ID. Distinguish pending, processing, partial, completed and canceled outcomes. Refill and credits depend on the purchased service and policy.
How do I buy social media services?
Create an account, inspect the active catalog and fund your balance using an available payment method. Submit the service ID, required public target and a quantity within its limits. Keep the order ID for tracking and support.
Are all services guaranteed not to drop?
No. Retention depends on the service and platform. Refills are available only where included in the specific listing and within its coverage conditions. Purchased engagement is not guaranteed organic growth.
Do you need my social media password?
No. Use only the public link or username requested by the service. Never share passwords, authentication codes or recovery information.
How are failed or partial orders refunded?
Eligible failed or undelivered amounts are credited to your panel balance. Partial delivery is reviewed for the undelivered portion. Requests about unused deposits are reviewed through support; cash refunds are not automatically promised.
Can I connect my panel to Sociovaults?
Use the current API documentation and your own account key. Keep the key on your backend. Test catalog mapping, order creation and status handling before accepting customer orders at scale.
