Service ID
The identifier used to select a particular catalog listing.
Rate per 1,000
A unit basis for calculating charges; not every package uses this basis.
Minimum / maximum
The permitted quantity range for a service order.
Start time
The period before delivery begins; different from full completion time.
Partial delivery
An order where less than the requested quantity was delivered.
Refill
Conditional replacement of eligible lost delivery within a listing’s coverage rules.
Retention
The amount still present after delivery at a specified observation date.
Drip-feed
Scheduled installments where explicitly supported by the service and API.
Gross margin
Revenue minus direct supplier cost, before other operating expenses.
Organic engagement
Interaction arising from genuine audience behavior, not inferred from a purchased counter.
