Accounts and credentials
Use accurate account information and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for protecting your account and API key. Do not submit social media passwords or authentication codes in an order.
Service orders
Review the description, unit basis, quantity limits, public target requirements and refill conditions before submitting. Rates and availability can change before an order is placed. Incorrect or unavailable targets can prevent fulfillment.
Service limitations
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed deadlines. Purchased engagement may be removed and may violate social platform rules. Sociovaults does not guarantee organic reach, interaction, monetization, account safety, sales or permanent retention.
Acceptable use
Do not use the panel for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, deceptive endorsements or misleading representations. Do not submit private credentials or information that is unnecessary for fulfillment.
Refunds and disputes
The refund policy describes eligible balance credits, refill conditions and unused-deposit requests. Contact support to review disputes and corrections.
