Sociovaults API

SMM API integration for resellers and agencies

Plan catalogue mapping, backend key storage, order references, retries and status reconciliation before connecting your storefront to Sociovaults.

Start with the live documentation

Open the API documentation in your Sociovaults account and confirm the current endpoint, authentication method, supported actions and response fields. Do not copy a request from another panel merely because its API looks similar. This guide explains integration decisions; your account documentation determines the actual request shape. Keep a sample response from a non-sensitive test in your integration notes.

Keep credentials on the backend

Store your account API key in server-side configuration and restrict access to the processes that need it. A customer browser should call your backend, not send a supplier key directly to the supplier. Exclude keys from HTML, JavaScript bundles, screenshots and logs. Show a helpful error to the customer without echoing the upstream request or a secret-bearing response.

Map products using stable references

Record the supplier service ID against each retail product. Store the accepted target format, quantity limits, unit rate and refill conditions with that mapping. Check availability before accepting a new retail order. Do not match products only by a name substring: two similarly named listings can differ in region, delivery type or coverage. Keep historical order information when updating a current mapping.

Treat submission as a state transition

Create an internal customer-order reference before contacting the supplier. When the supplier accepts the request, persist the returned order ID against that record. A timeout leaves an uncertain result: check the supplier account or supported lookup before resubmitting. Use an idempotency facility only if the API actually documents one. Never invent a request field and assume it prevents duplicates.

Synchronise status without hiding partial delivery

Record pending, processing, completed, partial, cancelled and failed outcomes according to the live API’s vocabulary. Keep the requested quantity and remaining quantity where supplied. Explain a partial result using verified figures; do not display completed merely because a request stopped changing. A supplier status is an input to your customer update, not proof that a separate complaint is resolved.

Design for errors and retries

Separate invalid targets, quantity errors, insufficient balance, authentication failures and temporary network errors. A retry can help a temporary read failure but does not fix an invalid service ID. Use reasonable polling and backoff rather than repeatedly asking for every status at once. Log your internal reference, action, timestamp and safe error category so you can investigate without logging a key.

Open account API documentation

Read the complete integration checklist. Your account documentation supplies the actual endpoint, authentication fields and supported actions. No key is required to read this public guide.
