Failed, canceled and undelivered orders

Eligible failed or undelivered order amounts are refunded to your Sociovaults panel balance. For partial delivery, the undelivered portion is reviewed and credited as applicable.

Unused deposits

Requests for refunds of unused deposits are reviewed through support. Cash refunds are not automatically promised. Payment-method restrictions, transaction fees and applicable requirements may affect the outcome.

Refill

Refill is available only when included in the purchased service and within its stated conditions and coverage period. A refill listing is not a guarantee of permanent retention.
